About Us
At Candeece Coordination, we are dedicated to building a family-like community of support for our participants. Our team has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the NDIS and disability sectors, which allows us to provide exceptional support coordination and education services.
Our vision is to educate participants of the NDIS, their families, service providers, and the wider community through our service delivery. We work closely with the NDIS to provide high-quality service provision and always prioritize the participant’s needs.
We offer after-hours appointments, face-to-face meetings, reduced travel costs, review mentor support, free education sessions, NDIS access support, and new networking opportunities to our participants. We believe in making our services accessible and convenient for everyone.
Thank you for choosing Candeece Coordination as your disability support coordination provider. We look forward to working with you and helping you achieve your goals.
Our Staff
Meet the team from Candeece Coordination
Courtney Austin
Director & Senior Support Coordinator
Courtney has a passion for disability after looking after family members with disabilities from a very young age. Courtney started support coordination with an organisation shortly after finishing university, and quickly fell in love with the NDIS and what it stands for. After two years with that provider Courtney knew she could make more of a difference by delivering a participant based service that offered a flexible and reliable service to the wider community. Candeece Coordination was started in November 2020 and Courtney has not looked back since!
Courtney absolutely adores her role and building the Candeece Coordination family. She is determined and although young has a wealth of knowledge of the NDIS and disability sectors that supports her to deliver a high standard of support coordination and education.
Debbie Taylor
Education and Engagement Manager
Debbie started with Candeece Coordination after working as a Support Coordinator with another company. She had a wonderful mentor in that role and has been equipped with a lot of knowledge and understanding of the NDIS. Debbie has added to her knowledge by constantly updating her own knowledge bank with NDIS changes and news so that she can support her participants to the best of her ability. Debbie enjoys the whole process of the NDIS journey and she is able to support people with accessing the NDIS as well as education of providers and other stakeholders alike.
Debbie has extensive personal background as an informal career for family members and is an incredible asset to the Candeece Coordination Team. She is so excited to be a part of a growing and positive team and is looking forward to the wonderful growth that will come both for herself and Candeece Coordination.
Sharon Millward
Business and Accounts Manager
Sharon joined the Candeece Coordination Team in November 2022 initially as a casual worker then transitioned to full time in January 2023 doing accounts payable and general admin work. Prior to joining the team, Sharon worked in the banking and finance industry in several roles for over 30 years. As Sharon enjoyed working with customers, always going above and beyond helping them achieve their goals, she felt she could do the same working with Courtney and the team helping participants achieve their goals and making a positive impact in their lives.
Sharon is not only looking forward to developing her skills and knowledge within the NDIS industry, but she is super excited to be working with a great team who are extremely passionate in what they do for all Candeece Coordination participants.
Michael Baillie
Senior Support Coordinator
Michael joined the Candeece Coordination team in 2021 as a casual worker behind the scenes doing admin work. After almost 10 years of working for Queensland Health in various positions across Operational Services Michael decided to join Candeece Coordination on a full time basis in January 2022. Michael found that the work he was doing for Queensland health kept him in the office for most of the day and away from the people he was trying to help.
Since working for Candeece Coordination Michael has reinvigorated his spark for working with people and has thoroughly enjoyed the positive impact he has been able to make in his participants lives.
Shane Webb
Operations Manager
Shane is a reasonably new member of the Candeece Coordination family having started in January 2023 however, he brings a skillset to the team that has certainly taken Candeece Coordination to another level. Shane has relished the opportunity to learn about the NDIS and disability sector and looks forward to what doors this new chapter will bring. With a long history of working in the creative industries at varying levels, working his way from stage hand to executive producer and artistic director he has thoroughly enjoyed working with the team at Candeece to use his skill set in new ways. Combining a lifetime of work in the arts with a six year stint working in office administration, payroll, and human resources.
